Looking for Community Partners?

Look to the United Way!

The Association for Library Services to Children (ALSC) had a great post today about two different library partnerships with the United Way, one for early literacy and one for a tween one community, one book program. There are a number of different United Way groups in the NCKLS region. The Konza United Way works with Clay, Marshall, Pottawatomie, Riley, Wabaunsee, and Washington Counties. Other counties United Way organizations include United Way of Junction City-Geary County and the United Way of Dickinson County. There are two United Way groups located in Emporia, the United Way of the Flint Hills and the Kansas State Professionals Association.United Way Logo
