Libraries play a powerful role in community well-being. This session explores how libraries can partner with local health coalitions to: * Better identify community needs and strengthen the services provided; *Support community health through partnerships, programming, and trusted community connections; and *Identify practical ways to collaborate with organizations working on issues like social isolation, food and housing insecurity, mental health, and access to community resources. Through discussion and real-world examples from library leaders, attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how coalitions work, why shared language and collaboration matter, and how libraries can contribute valuable community insights to support healthier communities across Kansas.
